FAQ
How do I join a match?
Tap “Join match” on the home screen and enter the 6-digit code or scan the QR code. A shared link opens Punto directly. Your Apple Watch follows the match automatically; you can also enter the code on the Watch.
How do I score on the Apple Watch?
Create the match on the iPhone and choose “Score on: Apple Watch”. The Watch opens the match by itself; if not, open Punto on the Watch. Tap the top half for team A and the bottom half for team B.
The Watch stopped scoring (battery empty, app closed)
Choose “Score here” on the iPhone: it continues from the current score. This also works the other way round and needs an internet connection.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Scoring always works locally; the live score is uploaded as soon as you are back online. Watching and “Score here” need internet.
Why does a workout run on the Watch?
It keeps Punto on screen during the match. Whether it is saved to Apple Health is up to you in the Watch settings.
How do I delete my data?
“Discard match” deletes a match from the server immediately. History entries can be deleted in the history. Matches on the server expire after 24 hours anyway. For anything else just send an email – see the privacy policy.
